 • studied psychology and linguistics at the University of Chicago and film directing at FAMU in Prague
• in 2001 started at MTV as an associate producer on “True Life” documentary series, then coordinated a media campaign in Tajikistan for the World Bank
• since 2008 have directed a number of documentaries for Estonian TV and for Dutch public broadcaster VPRO
• interested in human rights, current affairs, photography
• bad public speaker
